Booking & Payment
Appointments can be made through phone, WhatsApp, online booking platforms, or in person. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm certain bookings. Prices, packages, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
Cancellations & Refunds
Guests are encouraged to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined according to the specific service or promotional package booked. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to charges at the discretion of Lush Life Spa.
Service Limitations
All spa treatments are provided solely for relaxation, wellness, and personal care purposes. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Lush Life Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or contrary to spa policies.
User Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, therapists, and other visitors. Any inappropriate, abusive, offensive, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund and possible refusal of future bookings.

Personal information collected during bookings, inquiries, or website usage will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting customer information and maintaining confidentiality wherever reasonably possible.
Liability
Guests are responsible for informing spa staff of any allergies, injuries, medical conditions, sensitivities, or other relevant health concerns before receiving treatments. Lush Life Spa shall not be liable for any loss, injury, allergic reaction, or damages arising from undisclosed health conditions, misuse of services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
